My photography workshops cater for all, from novices to more advanced users and are based in Cornwall, Devon and across the UK.

Photographic Locations include: Iconic Pednvounder, Marazion, Porthcurno, Landsend, Sennen Cove, Minack Theatre, St Ives, , St Michaels Mount, ,   also North Devon has many great locatuions such as Harland Quay Welcome bay and Clovelly.

  Russell will take you to the best locations many of which will be new to you.

My aim is to guide you through your camera and settings to help understand the best ways to achieve your goals. With so many settings it can be confusing and being with someone who is patient and understanding you will learn the best way forward for a given situation.

Learning composition and and depth of field are frequent questions and being with someone experienced you'll benefit from a hands on 'in the field' approach.

We always aim to capture a sunrise or sunset image on the day and with Cornwall's light this usually is a dramatic occasion.

​

You will need to bring your camera along as well as a tripod if possible. Filters are commonly used and if you do not already have these I've always got a spare set.

 

Please note that food and insurance are not included in the workshops.

​

For parties of 2 a discount will be applied, though individuals are welcome at a slightly higher cost. My workshops run to a maximum number of 4. In addition to group photography workshops I also run one to one photography tuition for full or half days.

Prices

One 2 one  6 hours: £200.00 including sunrise or sunset

                                  Two persons: £300 per person 

A maximum of four participants can be accomadated and this will include transport to interesting and varied locations capturing a variety of scenes and to extend your knowledge more with the use of filters and understanding them

 

Individual Tuition: Half day: £125 (usually 4 hours) including sunrise or sunset.
              Includes bespoke personal tuition in all aspects of Landscape Photography and seascapes
